I, hereby acknowledge that my participation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) classes, activities, and events organized by Limitless Brazilian Jiujitsu & Kickboxing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in BJJ classes, activities, and events, I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Limitless Brazilian Jiujitsu & Kickboxing, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in BJJ classes, activities, and events.
Participant further agrees to strictly obey instructors and observe safety rules. Because of the physical demands of martial arts and/or personal defense instruction participant understands that he/she must be in good physical condition to participate in the event. Participant understands that in case of injury, the only medical treatment Limitless Brazilian Jiujitsu & Kickboxing will provide is first aid.
I understand and agree that this waiver and release shall be binding on my heirs, representatives, and assigns. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Brazilian Jiujitsu & Kickboxing, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my participation in BJJ classes, activities, and events.
I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily sign it of my own free will.
