Amazing people! Everyone is so nice, welcoming and helpful. I just started the kickboxing here and I love it. It’s so fun and an hour goes by so fast! You don’t even realize your working out. It’s a great way to learn self defence and get fit with a bunch of great people. I def recommend Limitless!

At 43, with previous injuries, I was nervous to try it out. After 1 class, my worries disappeared I was hooked! Everybody was incredibly helpful from the instructors down to the white belts. There are no egos there, only people who want you to learn and advance as much as they want to, a great team I’m proud to be now part of! Jordan’s jiujitsu is incredibly smooth and technical, I’m very happy I joined and can learn from such top notch instructors.

This place has become my second home. my son trains (he's 6).....I train. We both go about 3 days a week......the people are very welcoming and helpful ..... I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life.....and I will never worry about my child being bullied throughout his school career, with the confidence and skill set Jiu Jitsu has given him.

Limitless is a truly exceptional gym. The people there are amazing, the coaching is bar none and its ridiculously fun. There's a reason I drive from Kingston 3 days a week to train here, it's the best.
